Lovingly handcrafted in the hills above Tauranga in New Zealand's Bay of Plenty, Black Robin Gin is an international award winning super premium gin (Latest award: Silver at the International Spirits Challenge 2022). Starting from a base of triple distilled whey ethanol, sustainable sourced from the very finest grass-fed NZ cows, they distil their gin a further two times using a blend of eleven native and exotic botanicals including horopito, the world's most ancient flowering plant.

The gin is then completed by blending with filtered water sourced from their own spring underneath the distillery. The gin is named after the Chatham Islands Black Robin, one of the world's most endangered birds, endemic to New Zealand and currently only number 250 birds in total. They make a donation to Forest & Bird, an NZ based charity that works tirelessly to help protect NZ's native species.
